Who are you registered with?
I am registered with SCA, an Ofsted registered childminding agency.

Who are you insured with?
I have childminding insurance with Morton Michel.

What time do you open?
I open at 8:00am and close at 5:00pm.
I work Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday year round.
I am closed for bank holidays.

Do you charge for sick days?
Yes, if your child is not attending due to sickness childcare fees are still due. If I close due to myself or someone in my household being unwell there in NO charge.

Do you have days out?
Yes, we go out for walks to the local park, trips to Toddler playgroups, playdates, Softplays and we also do bigger day trips for example visiting the Zoo.​

How do you record a Childs progress?
I keep all the parents I work with updated on a daily bases with photos, comments and observations.

What happens if i am running late?
Please contact me as soon as possible so I am aware you are running late for drop off or for collection. If you are running late for drop off please note you still will be charged. If you are over 15mins late for collection you will be charged a late collection fee. If I can not get hold of you I will phone your emergency contact.

How do payments work?
All invoices are sent via watsapp monthly, you can pay via bank transfere, you can also use tax free childcare and the goverment funding. Please contact me to discuss options.
